- The hotel does live up to its rating of 5-star with their service alone. Wonderful and extremely helpful staff. - They arranged a breakfast box, well packed, for me as I had to check-out before breakfast. Ensured I was ready by giving me a wake-up call as requested and had a taxi ready for me without having to wait even a minute. - The bathroom was well equipped with any and every toiletries one might need. - The room while comfortable could use a remodeling/renovation. - the hotel has a gym and a spa. - The location is excellent. It is in the heart of the city with numerous cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

We had one of the best, if not the best room in the hotel. It was a corner room on the 5th floor with a huge balcony that overlooked the Greek-Roman Theater and had a view of the St. Achilles Greek Orthodox Basilica. The room had a large desk for two people and outlets for computers so both of us could work simultaneously without a problem. The breakfast was included and absolutely great. One had a wide variety of choices and great service as well. The desk clerks were very helpful and friendly.

Everytime I choose to stay in Divani hotel in Larissa city, I am really pleased and thankful for staff's behaviour. They are all so kind and helpful. They are always willing to resolve every little issue, reception staff is excellent, restaurant-room service staff is so nice, cleaning staff is so polite. Congratulations!
